With years of experience, Environmental has a proven method of cleaning for both the health and appearance of a facility requiring that each of our employees be technically competent, experienced, and above all committed to our customer's total satisfaction. Environmental is dedicated to providing consistent training for its employees. Employees typically undergo classroom training, on-the-job training, cross training, leadership, safety and customer service training. We use standards and checklists for cleaning offices, restrooms, floors. Environmental acknowledges an employee’s successful completion of training programs by awarding certificates or some other form of recognition.
In addition, Environmental offers an on-going training program for employees to ensure that only a properly trained staff is involved in the maintenance of your facility.
