The Quality Assurance Program at ESS is a structural method of assuring and evaluating quality standards for every customer. ESS works with your team to design a quality and accountability program that best fits your scope of work.
Our experts understand each customer’s quality expectations, define quality benchmarks, assess performance standards, and measure quality levels with a customized set of quality metrics and processes. We call it the A–B–C Quality Assurance:
Analyze: Examine procedures, identify problems, define solutions, and review all processes.
Benchmark: Monitor daily tasks, solicit feedback, comply with specifications and policies, partner with the most reliable vendors, and provide technical support.
Control: Respond immediately to resolve problems, evaluate employee performance, continue training for further improvement, proactively reduce downtime, and perform preventive maintenance methods.
Regional Directors of Operations are responsible for executing the overall quality assurance initiatives at facilities. They are supported by Area Managers and Account Managers to ensure service expectations are met.
